PRECISION

FLEXIBILITY

ARCHITECTURE

NASHA (Non-Animal Stabilized Hyaluronic Acid) is designed for Structural Integrity. Unlike other fillers that are smooth and runny, NASHA gels have a firm, "particulate" texture.

  • The Particle Size: NASHA technology uses a specific, uniform particle size. Larger particles are used for deep volume (Lyft), while smaller particles are used for fine detail (Eyelight).
  • High G-Prime: This is a physics term for "firmness." High G-Prime fillers like Restylane Lyft act like "liquid bone." They stay exactly where they are placed and provide maximum lift with minimal product.
  • Minimal Cross-linking: Because the particles are naturally firm, they require less chemical cross-linking, making the gel highly biocompatible.

XpresHAn™: The Science of Movement

XpresHAn Technology™ (Optimal Balance Technology) is designed for Dynamic Expression. In areas of the face that move constantly—like the mouth and cheeks—you need a gel that can stretch and recoil without breaking or appearing stiff.

  • Customized Cross-linking: This process creates a "mesh" of HA that can change shape as you move. It integrates into the tissue rather than sitting on top of it.
  • The Stretch Factor: XpresHAn fillers have high "flexibility" and "support." This prevents the "shelf-like" look where the filler remains static while your facial muscles move.
  • Invisible Integration: The gel fills the interstitial spaces between skin cells, making it virtually undetectable to the touch and invisible under high-definition lighting.

The Patient Journey

We utilize the Galderma global standard for facial assessment to ensure your results are balanced and holistic.

  • AART™ (Assessment, Augmentation, Restoration, Treatment): We don't just "fill a line." We assess your face in 3D, augment where structure is lacking, and restore what time has depleted.
  • HIT™ (Holistic Individualized Treatments): We analyze the "interaction zones" of your face. For example, treating the temple can often improve the appearance of the eye, and treating the cheek can soften the nasolabial fold. This is the "360-degree" approach to rejuvenation.

  • Restylane® Kysse:XpresHAn™ - Lip Augmentation - Soft, "kissable" texture with natural movement.
  • Restylane® Lyft:NASHA® - Cheeks, Chin, & Hands - A sharp, "bone-mimicking" lift for deep structure.
  • Restylane® Eyelight:NASHA® - Tear Troughs (Under-Eye) - Targeted hollowing correction with minimal swelling.
  • Restylane® Contour:XpresHAn™ - Mid-face & Cheeks - Restores the "apple" of the cheek with dynamic flexibility.
  • Restylane® Defyne:XpresHAn™ - Deep Folds & Chin - Firm support for deep laugh lines and chin projection.
  • Restylane® Refyne:XpresHAn™ - Smile Lines - Subtle smoothing of moderate dynamic wrinkles.

Our Patient Experience

We evaluate your face at rest and in motion (smiling, frowning, speaking) to select the correct technology (NASHA vs. XpresHAn).

We often utilize Micro-Cannulas, blunt-tipped needles that slide under the skin, to minimize bruising, reduce downtime, and increase vascular safety.

Because Restylane has low initial swelling, your results are visible immediately. You can return to your daily activities with confidence.

Frequently Asked Questions

Unlike lower-quality fillers that can become "lumpy" as they break down, Restylane is designed for isovolemic degradation. This means the gel maintains its volume even as it is slowly absorbed by your body, ensuring your results look consistent from month 1 to month 12.

Many HA fillers are "thirsty" (hydrophilic) and pull in excessive water, leading to a "puffy" morning-after look. Restylane is pre-hydrated to its equilibrium, meaning the volume we create in the chair is the volume you keep.
