We do not lock you into product subscriptions, and our prescriptions are custom compounded specifically for your distinct skin health.

Our practice evaluates skin health as a reflection of internal physiology. We conduct root-cause assessments, order comprehensive diagnostic bloodwork when warranted, manage systemic prescription therapies like oral spironolactone and isotretinoin (Accutane), and adjust your protocol dynamically as your skin evolves.

For patients physically present in California during their visit, we provide diagnostic and clinical management for complex medical concerns, including persistent cystic and hormonal acne, melasma, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, scalp disorders, and pattern hair loss (alopecia).

Yes. Patient safety is our primary clinical priority. Virtual visits are designed for targeted medical skin, hair, and scalp assessments. They do not replace:

• Emergency dermatological conditions or rapidly spreading acute skin infections.
• Full-body skin cancer screenings, mole evaluations, or dermoscopy.
• In-office procedural interventions (surgical excisions, biopsies, cortisone injections, or complex physical procedures).

If during your virtual evaluation we determine your condition requires immediate hands-on care or procedural collaboration with an in-person dermatologist, we will safely triage your case and guide your next steps.

Yes, for patients physically present in California at the time of their visit. We provide complete clinical management for systemic acne therapies, including isotretinoin enrollment and monthly tracking via iPLEDGE, as well as oral spironolactone protocols. Required diagnostic lab orders are sent electronically to a facility near you.

Following your virtual strategy session, FDA-approved oral medications, topical prescriptions, over the counter skincare, or custom compounded formulas are e-Prescribed directly to your preferred retail or specialized compounding pharmacy. Diagnostic bloodwork and hormonal panel orders are sent to a local lab network convenient for you.

Nationwide Care (All 50 States): Non-medical skincare coaching, barrier rehabilitation protocols, and over-the-counter regimen curation designed to optimize your daily homecare.

California-Exclusive Clinical Care: Formal medical diagnosis, diagnostic lab ordering, and prescription management for patients physically located in California during their appointment.

We operate primarily as an independent direct-care practice to ensure unhurried, high-touch clinical care without third-party restrictions.

We currently accept HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) funds for eligible clinical services and prescriptions. While we do not bill commercial health insurance directly at this time, we are actively expanding our coverage and will be updating our platform with in-network insurance options soon. Consultation fees cover direct provider evaluation and clinical decision-making; they are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable toward product purchases.

Once you schedule, you will receive secure patient portal access. To ensure clinical precision, you must complete your health intake history and upload clear, high-resolution photos of your areas of concern taken in natural sunlight prior to your visit.
