Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges except in the specific instances outlined below.

Exceptions to "No Returns"

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received the wrong product or it arrived damaged, contact us immediately. We will provide a pre-paid return label and a replacement. Items must be unopened and in original packaging.

2. Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has been processed for shipping, a refund is no longer possible.
