CLINIC POLICIES

At Amare Aesthetics, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Our policies are designed to protect reserved clinical time while maintaining consistent access and availability for all patients.

RESERVATIONS

A $75 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve each appointment for existing patients and is applied toward your scheduled treatment.

Each appointment time reserved requires a separate booking fee.

If your treatment selection changes, your booking fee may be applied toward another eligible service during the same appointment.

A valid card on file is required for all appointments.

NEW PATIENTS

A $200 non-refundable administrative fee is required for first-time patients and may be applied toward eligible same-day treatment or product purchases.

Once established, future appointments require the standard $75 booking fee.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for all appointment changes.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with appropriate notice may be rebooked, with the next available appointment typically 30 days out. Your booking fee will transfer to your rescheduled appointment.

Changes made within 48 hours are considered late cancellations. The booking fee is forfeited and goes towards the $150 late cancellation fee or the full cost of the scheduled treatment may apply.

NO-SHOWS

No-shows result in forfeiture of the booking fee and may result in discharge from the practice.

SCHEDULING & AVAILABILITY

Earlier openings may occasionally become available and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Appointment times cannot be held, and waitlist placement does not guarantee availability. Any earlier availability must be booked when available.

TREATMENT & PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of service.

All treatments, services, booking fees, administrative fees, and prepaid sessions are non-refundable. Prepaid sessions forfeited due to a late cancellation or no-show will not be reinstated.

Amare Aesthetics reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at its discretion.
