Hydroquinone-Free Pigment Correction: Advanced True Tone 2.0 complex targets tyrosinase activity and blocks melanosome transfer without the risks associated with long-term hydroquinone use.
Fades Resistant Dark Spots & Melasma: Visibly reduces post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), sun spots, post-acne discoloration, and hormonal melasma.
Controlled Multi-Depth Exfoliation: Synergizes Mandelic and Lactic acids to loosen accumulated dead surface cells and refine rough texture.
Clears Congestion & Pores: Dissolves micro-comedones and flushes trapped follicle lipids to prevent breakout-induced dark marks.
Barrier-Safe Hydration: Enriched with Niacinamide, Urea, and Sodium PCA to soothe redness and maintain barrier suppleness during active resurfacing.
Safe for All Phototypes: Formulated to minimize inflammation, making it exceptionally safe for deeper skin tones prone to post-inflammatory pigment rebound.
AM & PM | Targeted Corrective Protocol (Step 3: Treatment)
Apply to clean, dry skin on the face, neck, and décolleté according to your provider's recommended treatment sequence. Dispense a small amount of the targeted serum and smooth evenly over treatment areas, avoiding the eyelids, lips, and mucous membranes. Allow formula to absorb completely before following with your moisturizer.
Recommended Protocol:
Acclimation Phase (Weeks 1–2): Apply 2 to 3 evenings per week to allow skin to build tolerance to the AHA and active brightening blend.
Maintenance Phase (Weeks 3+): Increase to nightly application as tolerated by your skin barrier.
Layering Guidance: Avoid combining simultaneously with high-potency retinoids, Benzoyl Peroxide, or strong physical scrubs in the same evening routine unless guided by a clinician.
AM: Daily application of broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher (such as Mesoprotech Melan 130 or Mineral Matt Fluid) is mandatory. For patients managing melasma or PIH, broad-spectrum tinted sunscreen containing iron oxides provides critical protection against High-Energy Visible (HEV/blue) light.
Amare Clinical Tip: Pigment correction fails if underlying acne or barrier inflammation remains unmanaged. In skin of color (Fitzpatrick IV–VI), over-exfoliating or rushing the process can trigger micro-inflammation and worsen dark marks. Introduce this hydroquinone-free duo gradually, maintain barrier hydration, and never skip tinted daily sun protection.
Mandelic Acid: An alpha hydroxy acid derived from almonds that promotes controlled surface exfoliation, helping improve the appearance of dark spots, uneven texture, and blemish-related discoloration. Its larger molecular structure generally allows slower penetration than smaller AHAs, although irritation remains possible.
Lactic Acid: An exfoliating AHA that helps loosen accumulated surface skin cells while supporting smoother texture and improved skin luminosity.
Niacinamide: A form of vitamin B3 that helps improve the appearance of uneven pigmentation, supports skin barrier function, and enhances overall skin tone.
Urea: A hydrating skin-conditioning ingredient that helps soften rough skin and support moisture retention.
Sodium PCA: A natural moisturizing factor component that attracts and retains water, helping maintain skin hydration.
True Tone 2.0 Brightening Complex: A hydroquinone-free combination of pigment-targeting and skin-conditioning ingredients designed to improve the appearance of discoloration and promote a more even-looking complexion.
