CLINIC POLICIES
At Amare Aesthetics, we value your time, and appointments are reserved especially for you. While we understand that adjustments may sometimes be necessary, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling regardless of the reason (car trouble, traffic, illness, etc.). To ensure the well-being of all, sick clients will not be accepted.
If you are unable to attend your appointment and provide less than 48 hours' notice, a $150 admin fee or the full treatment cost will be applied. No-shows will result in the inability to book future appointments, as we reserve the right to refuse service if necessary. All treatments purchased are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and due at the time of service.
You may reschedule or cancel one appointment per quarter without penalty. Any additional reschedules or cancellations beyond this limit will require a non-refundable deposit for future appointments, with scheduling available starting the following month. Repeated cancellations or reschedules, even with a deposit, may result in our inability to offer further services. Please reserve an appointment only if you are confident you can commit to the scheduled time, as this allows us to serve all clients efficiently and respectfully.
While we may accommodate late arrivals when possible, we cannot guarantee your appointment if it affects our schedule and safety of procedure. If your calendar is unpredictable, feel free to reach out for same-day availability, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Is there a fee applied when booking?
Due to the high volume of consultations/appointments, we require a credit card on file to hold all appointments. Deposits are required for all first time clients in the amount of $200 or full treatment cost. This is a one-time only, non-refundable commitment, which can be applied to same-day treatments and/or products. For any additional questions or financing options, click here!
Treatment Policy
Payment for treatments is due at the time of service. For prepaid or gift card visits, a 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or those canceled without proper notice will forfeit the prepaid service and be billed for the session. Rescheduling depends on availability.
Product Return Policy
Returns are accepted for U.S. orders only in cases of incorrect or damaged items, or adverse reactions with at least 75% of the product remaining. Returns must include the original packing slip, and items should be unopened. Store credit/exchanges are available, excluding shipping fees.
Note: International orders, samples, and promotional items are not eligible for returns.
