Frequency: One to three times daily - AM and PM. Start usage every other day and progress to up to three times daily.
Method: Wet face. Gently work into a lather with fingertips and massage over skin for at least one minute, avoiding the eye area. For maximum effect, especially on back and chest, leave on for three to five minutes. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
Apply sunscreen before UV exposure while using this product.
